- In the current context of COVID-19, is the event Les Beaux 4h still taking place?
At this time, we are still planning on holding Les Beaux 4h on February 6, 2021. However, we are working on adapting the event in order to respect the physical distancing and health measures established by public health authorities.
- In case of cancellation, will I be reimbursed?
Yes. If the event is cancelled, participants' registration fees will automatically be refunded in full. It is also possible, if you wish, to convert your registration fees into a donation for the Fondation Martin-Matte and you will receive an official tax receipt. To do so, you must contact us at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
- If I register for the event and decide to no longer participate, what are my options?
If, for any reason, you are no longer able to participate, you may choose from the following options:
- Have another participant replace you;
- Convert your registration fees into a donation for the Fondation Martin-Matte and receive an official tax receipt;
- Receive a full refund of your registration fees.

- What is the deadline to register?
The deadline to register is January 25, 2021.
In the event of cancellation, what will happen to the donations collected?
No refunds will be given for donations. All donations collected will be donated to the Fondation Martin-Matte.
As a participant, if I have not reached my goal of $300 by the day of the event, can I take part anyway?
If your team has raised $1,200 or more, you can still participate even if you haven't reached your personal goal.
Can we still participate in the challenge even if our team has fewer than four members?
Yes, however, your team will still need to raise the minimum of $1,200 to take part in the challenge. If this minimum amount has not been reached, a goal agreement can be established. To do so, you must contact us at the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Is it a relay marathon, or can I ski with my teammates?
This is not a relay challenge. Participants on a given team can ski together.
Can I get a tax receipt for the registration fee?
Registration fees are not eligible for tax purposes. When you register, you will only receive a transaction receipt.
Do participants under the age of 18 have to reach a financial goal of $300?
No. The personal financial goal for participants aged 12 to 17 is $150. Once registration is complete, the Fondation Martin-Matte team will adjust their objective.
Am I eligible to enter the contest if I received the preferential registration rate?
Yes. Participants who register by January 10, 2021 at midnight will be eligible for the contest.
Do I have to reach a personal goal of $300 if I received the preferred registration rate?
No. All participants who register before December 1, 2020 and who got the registration discount ($35), need to raise a minimum of $285 for adults or $135 for participants aged 12 to 17.
How do I register to volunteer on the day of the event?
To add your name to the volunteer list, you must send an email with your contact information and availabilities to email@example.com. A team member will contact you within the next few days following your request. As space is limited, your name will be put on a waiting list.
