The Fondation Martin-Matte is pleased to be associated, for a 6th year, with Sommet Saint-Sauveur for the ski marathon, Les beaux 4h Fondation Martin-Matte. This major fundraising activity will take place on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at versant Avila.
The 5th edition of the event was held in a festive and lively atmosphere on February 1, 2020, where more than 550 participants hit the slopes to raise money for people living with a head injury or physical disability. Thanks to the generous partners and the sustained efforts of the participants, more than $490,000 was raised during the 5th edition of the Beaux 4h. In fact, the event has raised more than $2.1 million over the last five years.
The 6th edition of the challenge will be adapted to the security and physical distancing measures established by public health authorities, all the while maintaining its festive and convivial spirit. This outdoor event is a very important source of revenue for the Fondation Martin-Matte, which plays an essential role in supporting children and adults living with a head injury or physical disability. Indeed, we have all witnessed this clientele's vulnerability in the wake of the pandemic we are currently experiencing.
We need you to help us pursue our efforts to relieve their daily lives and those of their families. With family or friends, take the challenge and be a part of the wave of solidarity towards children and adults living with a head injury or physical disability.
